Here at WigOutlet, we’re dedicated to making your wig shopping experience simple and stress-free from checkout to delivery. We offer a variety of convenient shipping options designed to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about shipping times, delivery options, international orders, and more.

DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct: Standard Shipping for International Orders 

DHL Express: Fastest Delievery option for International Orders

UPS Worldwide Expedited: Quicker delivery option for International Orders

Note: *All shipping promotions apply only to Ground shipments. US Air shipping is required for deliveries to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska—US Ground is not available in these regions.

Shipping costs and delivery time estimates are calculated during checkout.

Shipping FAQs: 

1) How do I get free shipping? 

FREE Standard Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $99.

If your order subtotal before taxes exceeds $99, the free shipping option will automatically appear at checkout.

Be sure to select the FREE Standard Shipping option before completing your order. 

2) What are your shipping times? 

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday during business hours, as well as Saturday mornings.

Orders placed on Saturdays before 11:00 AM CST may ship the same day.

International Shipping Note:

Saturday shipping availability for international orders depends on the carrier selected:

Orders shipped with DHL are shipped Monday - Friday.

Orders shipped with UPS may ship on Saturday.

3) Do international orders include any extra charges?

**WigOutlet is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries. 

International customers are able to pay their tax and duty fees at the point of checkout in the shipping section. The shipping rate and fees will be added to the order total. 

Any refused international packages (including Canada) will only be refunded 50% of the total amount of the products (only). 

4) Are there any additional shipping charges on orders?

A $20 fee will automatically be applied to shipments returned to WigOutlet due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is refused upon delivery.

Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable for any type of return.

5) Is a signature required for orders? 

A signature is required for orders totaling $500 or more.

(Note: The client can waive that option through UPS My Choice. However, we do not recommend waiving the signature requirement because if the package is lost you have waived all liability. Therefore, UPS cannot do a trace investigation to locate or recover the package.)

6) Why is my package not arriving on time?

Shipping delays can occasionally occur due to holidays, severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier-related disruptions. If you are concerned about weather-related delays, we recommend checking the carrier’s Service Alerts page for the latest updates.

Please keep in mind that weekends and holidays are not considered business days and should be taken into account when estimating delivery times.
