How to measure head size
To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.
Many wigs come in petite, average and large cap sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 90-95% of customers. See wig size chart below, so you are able to determine the best cap size for you!

As a petite/average, I first tried Simmer Elite in petite, in a russet shade. It felt too tight (a rarity for me!), and the color wasn't flattering--I usually wear cool shades, was trying something new. Returned it for a regular Simmer Elite in the lovely 17/101, an ashy color with a hint of lilac. Love it. It's glam yet also casual, feels comfy on. However, this is one of those designs that doesn't work perfectly with my funky head. There's extra cap space in the back, a problem I have fairly often. Could be it's just this particular unit--or perhaps the petite unit I had tried was unusually tight? At any rate, I'm plan to order this is a lighter color for summer, and will try a petite again. Kudos and much appreciation to the folks at Wigoutlet for a seamless return and purchase, as usual. Btw, I'm in my 70s, yet this wavy light style doesn't seem "too young" for me, the way longer straight wigs often do.

I received it today. It is my second Simmer, but the one I already have is the standard version. The wig and colour (pale golden honey) are lovely. The problem is that the cap is far too small. I have the average size but this one feels more like petite. Also, although it is hand tight, there is not much stretch to it. The wig sits on the top of my had and the line of my bio hair is very visible. I would return it, but it is too expensive from Europe. I believe it would be very helpful to clearly indicate in the description that the cap runs small. Other than that, the service was wonderful. Thank you

This one is nearly perfect! Just the right level style . I wear brunette wigs, so the knotting at the hairline is always more noticeable to me, but this one does it well. I wish that cap was a tad stretchier, but I was able to make it work.
