    WIg has defects

    I was purchasing this wig with understanding that it would be a new wig and undergoes an inspection quality control. When I received the wig it was very obvious that it was a return that someone had trimmed the bangs/fringe. I know this because I already owned the exact same wig in another color. The hair in the back was also sparse as the wefts were showing through. When I contacted Wig Outlet they would not send me a replacement wig. The only thing they would do is offer me a 20% discount on another purchase. I'm so upset that I have spent over $200 on a wig I cannot wear. I will NEVER order from this company again and told them to keep there discount.
